Copy HTML script found at McMunny Online and paste it on your HTML widget. (For Blogger, you can go to Layout > Page Elements > then Add Page Element > Add HTML/Javascript)
Please remember to change red bold text (your_YM_ID) with your Yahoo! Messenger ID and purple bold text (t=0) with your desired images/button design like below.
